After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the business relationship and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Upvert Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to conditions in the signed agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting with a revised “Effective Date.”
